We are falling behind every day. We have a party when Karimi gets a start in Bayern, while nakamura scores 40 yard world class freekicks against Manchester United. In comparison to Japan and Korea- we are way behind. We need to get our players to teams where they are the main man, it is no good to send karimi to bayern and teymo to bolton just so that they can warm the bench. Its our infrastructure's lack of management, discipline, good coaching, conditioning and mentallity that holds our players back. They are not taught football the correct way and they have a hard time adjusting to rest of the world.
They have better coaches, facilities, managment, and all above this, they are mentally good prepared, Iran, on the other hand, we just have the talents and qualities, we are strong, they are stronger (physics), we are smart, they are smarter (tactics), but we beat them, just cuz our qualities (individuals and talents) are better. You cant win a Cup with 11 individuals, you can only win it, when you have a TEAM,,who have good tactics. A team is build from 11 individuals, but 11 individuals dont build a team,,, (a lil bit of my philosophy
)

Who's doing this "sending" that your talking about. Teams showed interest in these players and heeding the advice from their agents, the players chose to go to those teams themselves. There is nothing we can do about this.
