Store # 8 just opened in Irvine :) Sharing some good news:)

Hi all-

After lots of work, store number 8 just opened. This is the proudest moment for me because this store looks absolutely astonishing. When you get a chance, check us out at Irvine spectrum next to the movie theater. I am going outside of California next year, Denver is on the map Hopefully by early 2013 I will have the Denver store up and running
Our TV commercials will be aired starting early September. For people in Southern California you can watch us on Bravo, Food Network and Family channel.

Congratulation. Have you considered opening one in Reno, Nevada? It is next to California border. I know it is small city but it is the biggest little city and good Iranian population. It is kinda hard competing against casinos offering buffet. I was just wondering if you did any feasibility study for Reno. I agree, Denver is better place for your investment. with best wishes for you and ever increasing success.

Wow... Bijan jan before I say congratulations, I have to mention how impressed I am by you and your ambitions. Not too long ago you were discussing whether to work with engineering or not and now you are the owner of 8 stores. How on earth do you pull this through? With this pace, I have no doubt you will be expanding to Europe in no time. Just let me know when (not if) you're opening one in Sweden/Stockholm. Anyways.... congratulations and good luck man......

I have not considered Reno at all. But the reason I want to go out of state is to show that the concepts works anywhere in the U.S. In order for a company to be valuable for bigger companies such as McDonald's and other investment groups you have to prove your concepts in three states. We get a lot of inquiries from companies but we want to make sure it is the right time to sell the concept. Most successful restaurant chains, started in California, then went to Colorado and then to Texas. I am on track to do the same.

Thank you so much for your comments, it has been an amazing journey and I am still working hard to make it happen. I want to be the first Iranian restaurant to be recognized as a national chain... I am improving the design and the concepts as I go by and hopefully this time I have nailed it

Here's a picture of the Irvine location when Behrang and I visited it over the weekend during our visit to Cali. Food and atmosphere were both amazing. Proud to know and say how all of this was started.
