I first realized what a jerk he is after he forced Talebloo at the end of a game in Azadi to practice goalkeeping and made other players to run around the ground as punishment , he is a classless jerk .

It's obvious he acted childish but some of the blame should go to the player . You can see the guy is pissed as hell so why extend out your arm to shake his hand when the guy is more concerned about yelling at his own players . I think the player was expecting a negative reaction and that's why he extended his hand .
There is nothing wrong with showing sportsmanship after a game but there is a right place and right time to do it . It’s not protocol in soccer to exchange shirts or shake the opposing players/coaches hands, it’s great when it happens but it doesn’t happen all the time . If you watch the video its clear Karimi is walking towards his own players and yelling at them and then the foreign player extends his arm with a smirk on his face whereas he should of given Karimi space in the heat of the moment . Even after the incident the foreign player stated he didn’t think it was a big deal since Karimi was really pissed about his team losing and that’s why he acted like he did .
