CQ said we're gonna play against a European and a South American team next month.

Now that some qualifications have been decided I sure hope Taj is on the phone with the federations of the Netherlands and either Chile or Peru right now!

Hajsafi breaks Bagheri's record of 87 caps for TM. Hajsafi played his 88th caps for TM yesterday at the age of 27. He is TM 7th most capped player behind Nekounam, Daei, Karimi, Jalal Hosseini, Kia, Teymourian.

Yet I can only think of 3 matches he played well. Iran-Bahrain 2015, Iran - Korea 2016, Iran-Uzbekistan 2016.

That's it.

I would rather have friendlies with non- qualified teams.
Europe: Holland or wales / Africa: Algeria or Lybia / South America: Venezuela or Paraguay

He is a very good player if used in the right place which is midfield ,good in winning the ball and good in attack and has a good shot on him with both feet ,as a left back he just lack the qualities you need as a full back .

Against Russia Iran played 4-3-3. But before we used 4-1-4-1
What do you guys think we should do?
I go for 4-1-4-1. With Saman, JB, Masud, Taremi ; Amoun/Goochannejad opfront.
Masud is invited.

we have too many options now, i think 4-3-3 is good formation:

Ezzatollahi-Dejagah-Ebrahimi
Ghoddos-Azmoun-Taremi

We can add JB, Masoud, one of Gucci/Karimi/Kaveh and Hajsafi in second half. But i think he likes Amiri because the guy has probably one of the best stamina among TM players.
