I really hope he doesn't start with the key players against Cambodia but gives a chance +/- confidence boost to the likes of Ghaedi etc.... So that they are pumped if they need to come on against Iraq.

به گزارش خبرنگار مهر، تیم ملی فوتبال ایران در حالی دوشنبه شب موفق به کسب پیروزی سه بر صفر بحرین در گروه C مقدماتی جام جهانی ۲۰۲۲ شد که وحید امیری به دلیل مصدومیت نتوانست در جمع هافبک‌های ایران، نود دقیقه بازی کند.
هافبک پرسپولیس که بازی بی نقصی از خود به نمایش گذاشت دچار مصدومیت شدید از ناحیه پا شده است تا حضورش در ادامه این رقابت‌ها که به طور متمرکز در منامه برگزار می‌شود منتفی شود.
همچنین امیری نمی‌تواند پرسپولیس را پس از بازگشت از اردوی تیم ملی ایران هم همراهی کند تا اینگونه بازی سوپرجام فصل گذشته بین سرخپوشان و تراکتور تبریز را از دست بدهد.
رقابت‌های دور برگشت مقدماتی جام جهانی ۲۰۲۲ قطر در گروه C تا بیست و پنجم خرداد ادامه دارد و پس از آن با بازگشت بازیکنان رقابت‌های فوتبال باشگاهی ایران از سر گرفته می‌شود.

I watch quite a bit of English Championship (division below Premier League) and have watched Saman play for Brentford. he has improved in Brentford under Thomas Frank. Brentford has been promoted to Premier League and hopefully Saman will continue his progress in English top flight next season.
