Can you please tell me if you know how to outsource a "software" project to some (hopefully clever) small Iranian company or person .... are you aware of any websites that may advertise this kind of thing ....
reza jan...im not sure if they outsource, but they are a software developing company that might just do it. check them out, the company is called NAKISA and they are based in Montreal Canada.
