Remember all those times you voted for Daei, Karimi, Mahdavikia and other footballers above all the other deserving candidates? It was silly wasn't it?
Well this time is different.
I think this is the very first time in the history of sports that an Iranian in an online poll deserves all the support. The guy really is the best player in the world because without his incredible set-ups Iran would not have made it that far in any of the tournaments and none of our players could've shined as much.. He's consistently been better than his direct opposition in every single game.
