Where the hell is flight MH370?!

It lost contact and disappeared off radar screens more than 36 hours ago and with 4 countries, tons of planes and boats involved in the the search effort and just a 450 km stretch of water, there's no sign of the plane or any debris! There are some hints and evidence that it could be terrorism, but the fact that no debris has been found suggests the plane hit the water intact - which begs the question, why didn't anyone aboard initiate a stress call!

In comparison when Air France flight 447 went down 4 years ago, the debris had already been located within 36 hours even though it crashed in the middle of the Atlantic ocean! Does anyone (especially Mr. A) have any theories on what may have happened here? Pilot suicide?

If the plane lost GPS contact with the radar and GCI 40 minutes into the flight it is likely the planes multifunction system and control panel which controls the planes attitude/engines and hydraulic like the leading edge slats, aleron and flaps that you need to control the plane must have went haywire. There are reports the First officer or the the co-pilot(whoever was in control) tried turning back but the plane for whatever reason the plane went missing so they must have turned the auto pilot off and controlled it manually but if you lose control of those instruments I mentioned earlier it is a losing battle. .

Once they hopefully find the blackbox ping signal and tow it up,the inflight recording will shed more light.

the thing is if they had "time" to turn the aircraft back, one would think they would at least send a MAY DAY signal.
Losing Radar contact and GPS are two different things. If the plane lost radar transponder contact and still had GPS contact the ground crews would still have the planes speed and the flight latitude/flight path, but once they lost GPS contact they were lost all together. They might have tried to mke an mayday call but the tranponder must have went first (meaning no radio contact capability)and after they tried to turn then the GPS contact went second and the ground crew lost contact all together..

Another thing could be the cabin was invaded by terrorists and they shut the tranponders down or the UHF and they took the plane down. who knows. Untill the blackbox is found, it I all Specaultion.

I read somewhere that most airlines opt out of the "Beacon Signal" (GPS coordinates, Network connectivity and flashing light) feature on the data recorder box because it's too expensive?!!

What the fuck kind of logic is that? Why does it cost so much for a freaking box to be equipped with a simple traceable signal? Heck, every single iPhone and iPad has this and is traceable.

At a time when every corner grocery store has some kind of camera surveillance, 13 years after 9/11 we still can't see what is going on in the cockpit. I am assuming here that at least there was a live GPS tracking stream. This system should not have a shut off switch for some intruder to conveniently turn it off. In this day and age we should be able to go to the exact spot where the plane was last above ground. No excuses.

I don't know, it's really odd that not a single piece of debris has been found after 48 hours. They were drawing parallels between this and Air India 182 that exploded over the Atlantic, but even in that case, debris was found within the first few hours. This one has disappeared like it actually "disappeared" or disintegrated into tiny little pieces suggesting a very strong explosion like a rocket or comet hit! ;)

Well, well, well, what do you know. You knew Iran just HAD to be dragged into this picture. Apparently some "Mr. Ali" guy had booked tickets for the two traveling on stolen passports.
