I think that's good, cuz lots of players take advantage of the fair play thing and start grass rolling to stop an attack or waste time. That's why here in Holland they introduced a rule a couple years ago that the ref should be the one who decides whether play is stopped or not for an 'injured' player. The opposing team has no obligation to do so (although this was never an official rule or anything, it was an 'unwritten' rule in football which has been gotten rid of in Holland).
