Iran wins the 3rd set by 25-19.

Close start to the set but normal services were resumed half way through the set with great attacking schemes , great service points and fantastic harmonic defending that has now matured up to world class level.

Iran is champion of Asia and defended the 2011 title in dominating fashion.

سرمربي تيم ملي واليبال ايران گفت: کشور و مردم ايران بايد به داشتن اين بازيکنان در تيم ملي واليبال افتخار کند

خوليو ولاسکو پس از کسب مقام قهرماني تيم ملي واليبال ايران در هفدهمين دوره مسابقات واليبال قهرماني آسيا در شهر دوبي امارات عربي متحده اظهار داشت: در مسابقه نهايي، هر چيزي که از بازيکنان خواسته بودم انجام دادند و به خوبي کره جنوبي را شکست دادند

به گزارش ايرنا، وي ادامه داد: امسال براي نخستين بار در ليگ جهاني شرکت کرده بوديم و حضور در اين مسابقات، تجربه خوبي براي بازيکنان ما بود که از آن در اين دوره از رقابت ها استفاده کردند

ولاسکو گفت: از تماشاگراني که از تيم ملي واليبال ايران حمايت کردند هم بسيار ممنون هستم. هواداران تيم ملي ايران در لحظات مختلف از ما حمايت کرده اند و کمک زيادي به بازيکنان براي رسيدن به پيروزي مي کنند

سرمربي آرژانتيني تيم ملي واليبال ايران گفت: بازي نهايي براي ما بسيار سخت بود چون پيش از اين، يک بار يک ست به کره جنوبي واگذار کرده بوديم و نگران تکرار اين اتفاق در اين مسابقه بودم

فشار رواني زيادي روي بازيکنان بود اما بازيکنان تيم ملي ايران اعتماد به نفس بالايي دارند و توانستند همه تيم ها را براي رسيدن به قهرماني شکست دهند

I guess we're beginning to be the new kids on the block in many sports and returning kids in many others. We passed Australia in overall medal standing and are now chasing the Big 3. If we make the final next time, fingers crossed, we'll be only the 2nd team (after Japan) to have reached 4 consecutive finals in the competition. And if we win it, the 1st team ever to win 3 consecutive tittles! Just a few games away from making history.

NEXT IMPORTANT MATCH: November 19th @ the 2013 FIVB World Grand Champions Cup in Japan (continental champions). We finished 5th in the last edition. Best of luck to the boys.
