The guy was in charge for how long though. You can't change the mentality of KG over night. That's the problem, when we do bring coaches that can do well, we don't have the patience to see results. Ivic was another case (surprisingly Croatian but super hard core). Plus discipline goes exactly against the KG mentality and it's expected that the players would cause serious problems with that - like they did with Ivic.

^^Yeah, either we bring in a decent coach and without patience we throw him away or we bring in someone who turns out to be crappy but instead stubbornly keep him for the end of times. Everything we do is wrong and the opposite of what you should do!
