I think with every goal that Uzbeks score against Qatar the slim chances of Iran to advance increases.

Iran needs to beat Uzbeks (already group winners if they finish off Qatar in the 2nd half) and hope for Qatar to beat Turkmenistan by small enough margin for Iran to finish above Qatar on goal difference as both teams will have 4 points and head to head was a draw. in such a case , Turkmenistan will end up with only 3 points and below Iran & Qatar with 4 points.
