Nekonam's move to Al Arabi of Qatar is on hold. Apparently Qataris want him for the remaining of this season but he wants a year and half deal.

Kluivert scored 40 goals in 79 caps and was national team topcorer for more than 10 years, before Van Persie broke his record..

JB played 58 minutes last weekend in AZ's 0-1 win against Roda JC. I only saw the highlights but he didn't really stand out in that, except for the fact that he gave the pass to the assistgiver of the goal ;)

Haghighi was finally able to leave Rubin:

دروازه بان اول تیم ملی ایران سرانجام قراردادش را تیم روسیه ای خود فسخ کرد.

به گزارش بانک ورزش، علیرضا حقیقی، ملی پوش تیم فوتبال روبین کازان روسیه پس از کش و قوس های فراوانی که با تیم روسی داشت، سرانجام قراردادش را با این تیم پس از 4 سال حضور فسخ کرد و رضایتنامه اش را از این تیم دریافت کرد.
حقیقی از سال 2011 در این تیم بازی می کرد که البته در مقطعی نیز به صورت کوتاه از کازان جدا شده و قبل از جام جهانی 2014 برزیل به کوبیلیای پرتغال و پس از جام جهانی 2014 راهی پنافیل پرتغال شده بود.
حقیقی در فصل جاری در بیشتر دیدارهای کازان نیمکت نشین بود و به نظر می رسد گلر ملی پوش ایران با گرفتن رضایتنامه از تیم روسی، از این پس به دنبال شرایط بهتری خواهد بود.​

Apparently Haghighi joined Maritimo, a mid-table club in Portuguese Primeira. Vingada recently was hired as the head coach by the club as well.
Haghighi had played for Sporting Covilha and Penafiel who are currently in Portuguese Segunda Liga in the past.

AZ with another win and JB with another assist tonight. 3-1 win for AZ against Cambuur, JB played 69 minutes and gave the assist for the 2-0 with a nice through ball.

AZ beat amateur team HHC 1-0 in the quarter finals of the Dutch Cup, JB gave the assist for the goal with a good cross which was headed in by Janssen to send them to the semis.

Haghighi warmed the bench again for 3rd time with his new team today, Reza Gucci played 25 min but Charlton lost the game 1-0 vs Bristol city at home. they will most likely be relegated to 3rd division.

Didn't see the game, pretty sure it was against Vitesse though, not Utrecht ;) AZ is actually standing 6th, only 2 points behind Feyenoord (now 4th) and 4 points behind 3rd place.
